Appointment Cancellations

We understand that schedules change. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another patient who may need care.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first visit to complete paperwork. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure quality care for all patients.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. For patients with insurance, we'll collect your estimated co-payment. We'll file your insurance claim and handle any remaining balance once we receive payment from your insurance company.
